PRODUCTION

The pine pellet production process consists of three stages: drying, grinding and pelletizing. In the first stage, we reduce the moisture content of the sawdust, which has approximately 40-50% moisture, to approximately 10-15% by drying it in the chip oven. Then, we clean it from foreign materials such as stone, metal and various wood pieces. We compress the purified sawdust with high pressure to turn it into pellets, and as a result of the compression process, we obtain pine pellets with a diameter of 6-7 mm. Due to the heat resulting from friction during the pressing phase, we put the pellets through a cooling process, reducing the temperature to 20 degrees, and then package them as the final step. Pine pellet, which is among the bioenergy resources, is used for heating and industrial purposes. Our pine pellets, which we produce from 100% pine residues, do not contain any additives.
