As Hega Pellet, we entered the sector to leave a healthy and clean world to future generations, considering that fossil fuel resources provide harmful returns and are exhaustible resources. We produce the pine pellets we produce in our facility, using only residues and sawdust obtained from pine trees, carefully and in accordance with European standards in our factory, where we have a production capacity of 4 tons per hour. We store the sawdust obtained by grinding and drying pine wood under appropriate conditions before the pine pellet production process. The pine pellet production process consists of four stages: drying, pelletizing, cooling and packaging. In the first stage, we reduce the moisture content of the sawdust, which has approximately 40-50% moisture, to approximately 7-12% by drying it in our special oven. We compress the dried and moisture-free sawdust under high pressure to turn it into pellets, without using any additives, and as a result of the compression process, we obtain pine pellets with a diameter of 6 mm. Due to the heat resulting from friction during the pressing phase, we put the pellets through a cooling process, reducing the temperature to 20 degrees, and then package them as the final step.

Pine pellet, which is among the bioenergy resources, is used for heating and industrial purposes. Our pine pellets, which we produce from 100% pine sawdust, are environmentally friendly. Since the use of chemical pellet products harms the environment and also reduces the efficiency, it is necessary to be careful when choosing pellets. The pellets we produce have a cylindrical form. They are in the form of small pieces with a diameter of 6 mm and a length of 20-30 mm. Pine pellets contain approximately 7-12% moisture.
